“PALLETCLEAN series”—Specialized cleaning agents for
flow pallets (carrier pallets) and reflow oven parts

These specialized cleaning agents are designed specifically for removing flux (residue) adhering to flow pallets (carrier pallets) and internal reflow oven parts.
Thanks to its high flux-dissolving power, it efficiently removes even stubborn residues that are difficult to remove with IPA. It reduces the burden of manual scrubbing, shortens cleaning time, and helps extend the service life of pallets.

Why Choose the PALLETCLEAN series

01

Powerfully dissolves stubborn flux residue

The PALLETCLEAN series is a specialized cleaning agent designed specifically to remove stubborn flux (residue) adhering to carrier pallets and parts inside reflow ovens. It efficiently dissolves residue that is difficult to remove with IPA, helping to reduce cleaning time and alleviate the burden of manual scrubbing.

02

Achieves low operating costs and simple solution management

By combining high flux-dissolving power with a long solution lifespan, it reduces the frequency of cleaning agent changes. Furthermore, since it is formulated without non-volatile components such as surfactants, a post-cleaning rinse is unnecessary. This reduces the burden of solution management and equipment operation, contributing to lower overall costs.

03

One-Stop Solutions from Cleaning Agents to Cleaning Equipment

KAKEN TECH not only develops cleaning agents but also independently develops and manufactures the “PALLETCLEANER ® ” pallet cleaning equipment. Combined with our extensive lineup of cleaning agents—including high-cleaning-power, low-VOC, and non-hazardous types—we can provide one-stop solutions covering cleaning agents, equipment, and cleaning conditions, enabling us to build pallet cleaning systems optimized for each customer’s specific challenges.

Common challenges

Are you struggling with quality issues or increased workload due to inadequate cleaning of carrier pallets?

  • Stubborn flux residue that IPA alone cannot remove
Flux (residue) adhering to carrier pallets and parts inside reflow ovens cannot be sufficiently removed with IPA alone, resulting in significant time and labor spent scrubbing with brushes.
  • Increased time and labor costs associated with cleaning
Every time pallets require regular cleaning, operators’ time is tied up, preventing them from devoting sufficient time to production and equipment maintenance. Reducing the man-hours required for cleaning has become a major challenge.
  • Quality issues caused by flux buildup
Flux accumulates in the pallet openings, causing solder to creep up or unwanted solder to adhere. This leads to a decline in assembly quality and the occurrence of defects.
  • Balancing VOC Reduction and Regulatory Compliance with Cleaning Performance
While companies wish to review their cleaning agents to reduce environmental impact and comply with the Fire Service Act, they also want to avoid a decline in operational efficiency and quality resulting from reduced cleaning power.

Cleaning Demo Video ~Comparing Solubility Differences Between IPA and Pareclin~

IPA is commonly used in the assembly process, but it does not have strong dissolving power against flux adhering to pallets. As a result, it seems many people scrub the pallets vigorously with brushes to clean them, but this not only takes time and labor but may also damage the openings, shortening the pallet’s lifespan!
The Paleclin pallet cleaning agent has excellent flux-dissolving power! It dissolves even caked-on flux without the need for scrubbing. See the difference in dissolving power compared to IPA.
