Usage Guide
I want to remove (detach) the adherend after conductive bonding.
For room-temperature drying types CN-7120 and CN-7122S, the bonded workpiece can be removed after drying by reheating it to approximately 100°C.
For other products, such as those using epoxy resins, it is difficult to remove the adherend once bonding has been completed.
How do I open the syringe?
① First, remove the paste from the freezer and leave it sealed at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes until it reaches room temperature.
Wipe off any condensation to prevent moisture from entering the adhesive.
② Open the head cap.
③ Turn the needle cap counterclockwise to open it.
Please note that if you open the needle cap before the head cap, the paste may be discharged.
④ Attach the needle, set the syringe in the dispenser, and use it.
How can I apply the paste if I do not have a dispenser?
When applying the paste without a dispenser, use a narrow tool such as a spatula to push out the paste as shown below.
※Do not remove the yellow stopper (plunger).
※When applying the paste without a dispenser, attaching a needle may make the paste more difficult to dispense.
Is the needle sold separately?
We do not supply needles. Please prepare a suitable needle separately.
The paste has become difficult to dispense or its viscosity has increased during use.
With reactive curing adhesives, prolonged use may allow curing to progress, resulting in increased viscosity or deterioration in electrical conductivity and bonding strength.
After thawing, use the product within its specified pot life (working time).
In addition, if a product that has already been thawed is refrozen and thawed again, moisture from condensation or other contaminants may enter the product, making it unusable even within the specified pot life.
Once thawed, use the entire product without refreezing it.
The pot life is specified in the paste technical documents.
Purchasing
Some conductive adhesives are available for general consumers, but industrial conductive adhesives used for electronic component mounting and conductive bonding are generally not sold at home improvement stores or consumer electronics retailers. KAKEN TECH's "TK Paste" conductive adhesive series is also intended for industrial applications and is not sold through general retail stores.
For small-quantity purchases, some products are available from B2B e-commerce sites such as MonotaRO and AS ONE (AXEL). Product numbers vary depending on the intended application and required performance, so please feel free to contact us if your application has already been determined.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Packaging varies by product number, but syringes and aluminum tubes are available for purchase individually.

Storage
The product arrived frozen. Should it also be stored frozen?
TK Paste must be stored frozen at -10°C. It is shipped under frozen refrigerated delivery conditions, so please place it in a freezer promptly after receiving it.
What happens if the product is refrozen and thawed again?
Repeatedly refreezing and rethawing TK Paste increases the risk of moisture and foreign matter entering the syringe. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles may cause problems such as reduced electrical conductivity, lower bonding strength, poorer curing performance (difficulty curing), increased viscosity, and difficulty dispensing.
Once TK Paste has been thawed, use it completely without refreezing it.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the performance of TK Paste that has been opened and subsequently refrozen and rethawed.
