Introduction

The Strial Series of cured paint remover is a series of paint removers for paint adhering to jigs and other equipment used in the painting process.

It is a heated immersion type paint remover that does not contain chlorinated solvents. Unlike commonly used strong alkalis and acids, the Strial series swells and removes the paint film, so the performance of the Strial is not easily degraded and frequent replacement of chemicals is not necessary.

Suitable for cleaning jigs and tools each time, and when used in combination with [Polycera Guard AG] as a precoating agent, it can be stripped in a short time and with high quality.

Vapor loss due to heating can be suppressed by using an evaporation suppressant in combination. The evaporation suppressant not only suppresses vapor loss, but also has the advantages of saving time and effort in liquid management and reducing running costs since the balance of the strial is less likely to collapse.

Advantages of STRIAL series

	No damage to the base material of the jig. Compared to incineration or shot blasting, this process does not damage the base material of the jig. It is possible to strip not only the coating film of the jig, but also the coating film and resist ink when there is a defect in the coating of the final product.
	Wide range of products A wide range of products is available according to the material of the jig or product and the type and conditions of the paint (cured or uncured).
