Conductive paste with our unique technology

Our unique technology has enabled us to produce a variety of special shapes of TK silver powder, including the world's first silver powder in a ball shape (see photo).
We are also developing conductive adhesive "TK PASTE" with various features by taking advantage of the unique characteristics of TK silver powder such as "forming a conductive path with a small amount of silver," "light apparent specific gravity", "uniform particle diameter," and "sintering at low temperatures".
